Asep Saepuloh, also known as Ci Puloh, is an Indonesian photographer and visual artist with an educational background in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Subang. His artistic practice explores the intersection of spiritual philosophy, natural elements, and visual storytelling, drawing deep inspiration from Sundanese and Javanese concepts such as Sedulur Papat (Four Relatives) and the intrinsic, spiritual essence of human sense (Rasa). Through high-speed visual capture and poetic presentation setups, he translates dynamic natural phenomena into abstract visual forms that reflect inner human order, chaos, and inevitable spiritual truths.

Active in collective initiatives and community-based art education, Saepuloh has contributed to Raws Sndct, served as a volunteer for mobile photography libraries, mentored young creators at Raws Attack Class, and completed study programs at Gudskul (2021). His exhibition history includes key showcases such as MANIFESTO VIII: Transposisi at the National Gallery of Indonesia (2022), Ring Project: Metaphor About Islands at the National Museum of Indonesia (2022) in collaboration with Sokong Jogja and Lightbox Taiwan, Sim-biotic in Venice, Italy (2022), EITHER/OR: Those Remote Days at Suning Art Museum in Shanghai (2021), the Jakarta International Photo Festival (JIPFest, 2019), and his solo project Mematung Rasa at Gallery RWD in Bandung (2020).
