Danar Pintar Najati (b. 1999, Yogyakarta) is an Indonesian visual artist whose practice examines the intersections of language, raw emotional reflection, and visual abstraction. Holding a background in Fine Arts Education from Yogyakarta State University (UNY), his work translates inner dialogues and contemporary human experiences into textured visual compositions.

Najati’s artistic language is the strategic interplay of text, numerical grids, and expressive mark-making. Utilizing varied media including acrylic, oil, oil pastel, and solid markers, he constructs complex, layered surfaces that range from dense word-search-like grids to heavily impastoed abstract panels. Fragments of daily phrases, internal monologues, and numerical sequences are embedded within his canvases, transforming written language into structural motifs that challenge the viewer to decipher meaning between the lines. His visual aesthetic balances playfulness with visceral intensity, often contrasting child-like spontaneity with structured, tactile surfaces.
